These terms and conditions outline the rules and guidelines for services provided by Will & Co. Detailing
Access Requirements
Customers must provide safe and suitable access to the vehicle at the time of booking. Access to water and electrical power is required unless agreed otherwise prior to the appointment. Will & Co. Detailing does carry its own water supply where necessary, but this must be arranged beforehand.
Vehicle preparation
Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle before our arrival. Will & Co. Detailing cannot be held responsible for any items left inside the vehicle during the service.
Pricing Policy
All prices listed on our website and social media platforms are starting prices. Prices may vary depending on the size and level of cleaning required. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on the condition of the vehicle
Cancellations
We kindly request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment
